I am due for another break. My equipment will be for sale shortly. Coral is for sale atm. Life is far too busy and I don't really have any extra money for extra supplies or new coral.

Hear ya man. I did the same thing a few months ago. Took care of life and now I'm back.

Best float switch holders I have used yet. Super strong magnets for easy mounting and a top notch snail guard. Not bad for a "store" brand!

And the reservoir.

Those are some pretty cool float switch assemblies! Do the guards come off so the float can be cleaned? Where'd ya find those at?

BTW that Artisan || is a nice Tank!

 I was looking at the tank and was like why does it have baffles in it. Lol I then realized the sump was inside it. Haha.

Good looking glass! I like how these systems look when set up. Sexy!

Over due update. Lol

September 17 Update. Algae has landed. Lol

I suppose it's time for a real cleanup crew. I want to buy from ReefCleaners.com but I'm sure they will have to deal with hurricane Irma this week.

So, hydrogen peroxide? Tell us about it!

Ha! Well it hasn't really work permanently yet...

I was dosing 1ml per 10 gallons of tank water and even bumped it up to 1ml per 5 gallons with do difference really.

I did take a sample of it to verify that it was dinoflagellates and yep it is...

In the sample dish I dropped in a few drops of H2O2 and they went crazy lol.

I then added more until the ceased to move.

I think I will try dino x now that I have a positive id for the exact type id dinoflagellates. These are Small-Cell Amphidinium dinoflagellates. Dino x is known to be affective against this type.
