    Emergency Temporary facilities needed

We have a 65g that we are moving stuff out of... pretty much empty of animals, but she's up and running with plenty of LR, 2x165 Blackbox lights... she's available for emergency housing for anything that fits. Located in Slidell. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Anybody getting rid of some Chaeto?

If you are going to be near Slidell, I can provide a gallon or so for you!

Take a look at the GIESEMANN AQUABLUE AZURE 16.5K lamps spectrum... Have a pair of the 80w supplementing the LEDS on the 180... the coloring is fantastic (IMHO).

    Praying for our members

Totally sucks! If anyone needs some help just holler!
  8. Trying to consolidate tanks here... not sure how that is really working out as nothing is getting torn down yet. Picked up a small lagoon type tank 29x15x12. Built her a new stand (read that as WAY overbuilt). The Mrs. needed a tank for her hand feeding LPS critters. Some of the equipment employed; Lighting - Radion XR30w AquaC Urchin Pro Skimmer (Mag3) 350gph return 20T sump/refuge 2 small powerheads ReefKeeper Elite controller (stolen from the 180g tank which was replaced with an Apex) Inhabitants include; 2 Ocellaris clowns 30+ heads of frogspawn Open brain Plate coral Some sort of branching donut coral 30+ heads branching Ducan (pissed in the pic) Piles of Acans and some zoas 4 baby RBTAs Assorted shrooms, GSP Rock flower nemesis Sun Coral colony will move in tonight. And whatever the hell that green monster is in the lower left corner. Off to a pretty good start! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Chaeto, free to a good home!

Anyone in the Slidell area looking for or want some chaeto? Will have LOTS available this weekend. Just kidding about the good home, I really don't care if you treat it bad or light it on fire. I will toss the trimmings if there are no takers.

Think you are dead on Bob. I've never seen that before...think the pronounced eyes are what through me off...guess I never looked at a bristle worm close enough to realize it had defined eyes... Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    ID these guys?

Not sure about the 'antenna' but don't recall seeing any at all. Suppose I should have mentioned they were free swimming...fast little buggers too. I will have to look again this evening just after lights out and see if they come back out and snag a couple to try for a better pic with a better camera and more light. At this point I'm thinking they will be little more than snacks for my file fish once he discovers them. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  15. Just after lights out I went peeking with the flashlight and saw hundreds and hundreds of these on the glass, sorta freaked, first thought was i somehow got taken over by flatworms.. quickly scooped a few for closer examination... Sorta look like baby mysis or some other shrimp....but have scillia running the whole length of the body. All different colors from white, pink to almost red. Varying in length from 2-5mm. Large pronounced eyes. But after 20-30 mins they have disappeared into the tank. Best pic I could get without digging out the DSLR. http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/577dbe82699fd/20160706_203905.jpg Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
